Hi, I'm Fran, a digital/UXUI designer born and raised in Hong Kong and currently loving life in Melbourne, Australia. I spent 6 wonderful years here from my late teens through early twenties, immersed in my studies and deeply connected to the city's vibrant food, arts, and cultural scene. Melbourne’s charm brought me back, and I’m excited to be part of this dynamic community once again.

With a Master of Multimedia degree from Monash University and over a decade in digital advertising and UI design, I thrive on creating engaging experiences across web, mobile, and print. I'm skilled in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, using them to optimize designs from wireframes to final UI layouts. Having lived in cities with diverse design preferences, from practical B&W to vibrant creativity, I've developed a high flexibility in design solutions, a strength derived from my rich experiences.

Beyond design, I have hands-on experience implementing corporate eDMs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a knowledge of implementing HTML and CSS, and managing content updates with Sitecore CMS. I'm open to projects expanding into these platforms.

I take pride in collaborating with major corporations known for their steadfast commitment to brand guidelines and unwavering standards of quality. Many of my current major clients represent large enterprises that entrust me with their design needs, confident in my ability to translate their vision into compelling visual elements.

Outside of work, I am proud to be a dog lover and you can often find me walking my lively Beagle in one of Melbourne's beautiful parks and beaches or wondering around ACMI or exploring the city's multicultural cuisine scene. From bustling markets to hidden gems, I love discovering new flavours and cultural experiences.
